The place was reasonably priced. The hotel was reasonably clean with attentive and caring staff who provided us with satisfactory breakfasts. The location of the venue was suburban, not far from metro station, near Kifisia, all the tourist spots are and the Piraeus port.

The breakfast is delicious, and the location is excellent really close to the downtown, restaurants of Kifissia center and vibrant. The staff are attentive and caring, answered every question I had.

Easy to get to, great and stunning location just next door to the MEtro Station, and another 5 or so to the area where most of the shops, cafes and restaurants are. Also, in the centre of Athens. Units with a view.

Our room was a nice size equipped with an awesome shower, balcony plus great linens, paid £ 113. Location: the hotel was right by the suburbs of Athens and a metro station nearby for easy access to town center. Falafeladiko, where you can eat outstanding food, was set 20 minutes walk away...

The hotel was clean, staff helpful, rooms pleasant, view amazing, lavender pillows, great ambiance.

I loved the Cocomat matress and pillows! Even got a free pair of Cocomat slippers! Loved it!

Staff were superb - welcoming, helpful, capable and proactive. Room was clean, bright and very comfortable. Loved the wrap around balcony and the generous breakfasts.

- Would've liked a third chair for the balcony (or maybe it was just missing a cushion??) since there were 3 people sleeping there. - Would've liked to know distance/time to airport from website.Somehow thought the hotel was much closer than it was. - While near a metro line, it unfortunately wasn't near the line that wouldve been most useful to us. Perhaps a link to a map of the entire Athens metro system would be helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the beautiful suburbs of Kifisiá. The location is really quite and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway from the busy city. The rooms are spacious and come with a big balcony where you can enjoy a view of the surrounding gardens. The attention to detail, like planting flowers on the balcony, adds a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. The breakfast was also delightful, with good coffee and freshly cooked eggs. I especially appreciated the focus on organic products and the healthy options available.

All aspects of my stay were perfect, nothing to improve!

Spacious and nicely-decorated room with a very comfortable bed. No fitted carpet, which is good for those who have allergy to dust. Nice garden where you can have breakfast or just relax whenever you wish to. Helpful staff members.

You need to take the metro or a taxi if you want to do shopping or go to a restaurant. However, the metro station is within the walking distance.

This hotel is a real value for money, offering basic amenities but with attention to detail, located in a peaceful residential area with a 10-minute walk from the train station. Rooms are cozy, with a great couch, a big balcony planting flowers, and a view of Athens. The breakfast comes with healthy options, good coffee, and freshly cooked eggs cracking every morning, served with organic products.

Very tidy clean rooms. Rooms are tastefully decorated and very cosy. Area is very peaceful and quiet, good if you are not used to the noisy streets of Athens at night. Friendly staff.

We stayed here after a trip to the islands. It was on the same metro line as Piraeus and an easy walk from the hotel metro stop. The comfortable mattresses and pillows were a treat. The hotel was very clean and modern with accommodating staff. Complimentary coffees throughout the day were a nice touch. The shower gels and products, including sanitizer, were luxurious. The location was quiet and elegant, with a beautiful lobby. I will definitely return!

Close to the Olympic Arena (for a concert), nice quiet area, easy to get about on the train into Athens. Nice and clean. Very well laid out and tastefully done. Bed and breakfast only.

Tea and coffee in the rooms would have been useful but it's not a complaint. Use of a computer would have been helpful to book return flights.
